1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Welcome to petir108. This Terms & Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and petir108 ("Platform", "We"). By registering an account, making a deposit, playing any game, or using any part of the petir108 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the petir108 platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

2Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use petir108's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You are an individual registering in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any company or business entity.
• You register and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not as a business activity or primary source of income.
• You are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that specifically prohibits or restricts participation in online gambling activities.
• You have never been banned by petir108 previously for any reason, including fraud or terms violations.
• All information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

3Registration and Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) petir108 account only. Holding more than one account — whether under a different name, phone number, email address, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and wins.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, a valid Malaysian identity card number (MyKad), an active mobile number, and a reachable email address. This information is required for the identity verification (KYC) process before your first withdrawal can be processed.

The KYC process at petir108 is straightforward — simply submit a photo of the front and back of your MyKad via the app or website. Verification takes less than 24 hours and only needs to be completed once for the lifetime of your account.

• The name on your petir108 account must match the name on your payment method.
• Any changes to personal information must be made through customer support with identity verification.
• Your petir108 account is for personal use only — transferring, selling, or granting access to your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Petir108 reserves the right to request additional documents at any time for security verification purposes.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

Petir108 supports a wide range of popular deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia, including FPX bank transfer, TnG eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, MAE, and ShopeePay. The minimum deposit amount is RM20 and there is no daily maximum limit on deposits.

For withdrawals, the minimum amount is RM30 and the standard maximum withdrawal limit is RM50,000 per day. VIP members enjoy higher withdrawal limits depending on their membership tier. All withdrawals are processed automatically in under 5 minutes once KYC verification is complete and all bonus wagering requirements have been met.

• All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered in your own account name — third-party payments are not accepted.
• Petir108 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals.
• In rare cases, withdrawals may take up to 24 hours if additional verification is required by the security team.
• Account balances inactive for more than 12 consecutive months are subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM10 or 10% of the balance, whichever is lower.

5Bonuses and Promotions

Petir108 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including new member welcome bonuses, daily deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, and special promotions for major sporting events. All bonuses are subject to rollover/turnover requirements clearly stated in each promotion's details.

The standard rollover requirement for petir108 deposit bonuses is between 5x and 20x depending on the bonus type. This means that if you receive a RM100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you must place a total of RM1,000 in bets before the bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash.

• Bonuses are valid for one (1) account, one device, and one IP address only. Any attempt to claim multiple bonuses will result in bonus cancellation and action taken against the account.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the rollover requirements.
• Petir108 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Members found abusing the bonus system — including the use of hedging wagering techniques to meet rollover requirements — will have their bonuses forfeited.
• The maximum bonus value that can be converted to cash from any promotion is RM5,000 unless otherwise stated.

6Game Rules

All games on petir108 — including slots, live casino, sports betting, and number games — are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers. Petir108 acts as the platform operator and does not modify any game mechanics.

Game results generated by the RNG (Random Number Generator) system or live dealers are final and cannot be disputed. In the event of any dispute regarding a game result, petir108 will refer to the system logs stored on our servers as the definitive reference.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified by any party.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, any affected bets will be automatically refunded to the player's account within 24 hours.
• Petir108 reserves the right to void bets or winnings resulting from technical errors, software bugs, or incorrectly published odds.
• For sports betting, all outcomes are subject to the rules stated on the Betting and Sports petir108.

7Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your petir108 account username and password. petir108 recommends using a strong password (minimum 8 characters, combining uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols) and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account settings.

Never share your login credentials with anyone — including individuals claiming to be petir108 staff. The petir108 team never request your password through any communication channel.

• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to petir108 customer support immediately.
• Petir108 is not responsible for any losses resulting from you sharing your login credentials with another party.
• Accounts suspected of being compromised will be automatically suspended and the member will be contacted via their registered email for re-verification.

8Prohibited Conduct

To keep the petir108 platform safe and fair for all members, the following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Identity fraud — Registering with false information or using another person's identity.
• Money laundering — Using the petir108 platform to transfer, conceal, or launder illicit funds from illegal sources.
• Bonus abuse — Using multiple accounts, IP addresses, or devices to fraudulently claim duplicate bonuses.
• Hacking and exploitation — Using software, scripts, or bots to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Document Forgery — Submitting falsified or altered KYC documents.
• Threats and Harassment — Threatening, harassing, or acting abusively toward petir108 support staff or other members.
• Chargeback attempts — Filing a complaint with the bank to reverse a deposit that was used for gambling.

9Account Closure and Suspension

Petir108 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasonable cause, including violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of relevant authorities. In cases of account closure due to serious violations, all balances in the account may be forfeited.

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, you may contact petir108 customer support via Live Chat. Before the closure is processed, all eligible balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to all bonus and withdrawal conditions being met.

• Account closure requests will be processed within 3–5 business days.
• Accounts closed at the member's own request may be re-registered after a 30-day period.
• Accounts closed due to a terms violation may not be re-registered under any circumstances.

10Responsible Gaming

Responsible gambling tools available at petir108 include daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits, loss limits, betting limits, session time limits, temporary self-exclusion (1 day to 6 months), and permanent self-exclusion. 11Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, petir108 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including financial losses from game outcomes, service disruptions, or technical errors beyond petir108's control.

Petir108's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim. petir108 makes no guarantees regarding profits or returns from any gaming activity on our platform.

12Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Petir108 reserves the right to amend, update, or improve these Terms & Conditions at any time based on business requirements, regulatory changes, or platform enhancements. Any material amendments will be communicated to members via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before taking effect.

It is your responsibility as a member to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version. The most recent update date is always displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
